E-Tickets are a good way to track your inventory and deliver tickets to patrons from all over the world. Customers receive a QR code in their email and get these QR codes scanned upon entry. Here are the steps to selling tickets for your next event.
1. Submit an Event using the “Submit Event” tab.
If you do not want to sell tickets online, our team will review your submission and if everything checks out, we may approve your submission to be displayed on the Calendar.
If you want to sell E-Tickets, see below;
- Our team will contact you via the email address you used to register your event, to verify your identity along with other pertinent information. Once approved, you will need to provide the following information:
- How many tickets would you like to sell? (Numbers for all variations, General Admission, VIP, etc)
- Descriptions and prices for the various types of tickets and what they include.
- Date/Time you would like tickets to go on sale and an end date, if any. We recommend ending ticket sales two days prior to your event in order to capture all payments as proper. You may choose to accept the risk of ticket sales that are not complete on the day of an event.
- Would you like to collect attendee information for each ticket? We recommend you keep this optional, but it is your event.
- Would you like to display a location on a map for your event. (Not recommended if your location is not on Google Maps)
